About Us

Resolven Events Group AKA Resolven Community Events Group formed in February

2014, all due to a comment made on the popular Facebook page Memories Of Resolven,

where people were reminiscing of carnival days from years gone by. A few of us met to

see if it was possible to once again create carnival memories of all ages and revive the

community spirit for our village and as they say ‘the rest is history’. As of 2016, we have 2 annual

events, Resolven carnival and the Resolven Christmas fayre.
